Frequently asked questions
Can add-ons be bought on their own?
Add-ons are purchased together with devices (seats); at least one device is required. Storage, however, can be purchased on its own.
What about features I don't buy?
Any feature you don't buy is hidden from the panel and not processed server-side. Only what you enable runs.
What happens after the trial?
At the end of the 3-day trial you can pick any plan; your data is preserved and there's no commitment.
Are employees notified?
VisiBack is built for transparent use; you can manage transparency with overlay notices and policy settings.
Where is my data stored?
VisiBACK is a managed cloud service — we handle hosting, scaling and maintenance; the only thing you install is the lightweight agent. Your data lives in our secure EU-region cloud, logically isolated per organization. Screen archive and files are kept in object storage via signed URLs.
How is connection security handled?
Each device establishes mutual TLS (mTLS) with a unique certificate; commands are cryptographically signed. The agent connects outbound — no firewall ports to open.
What's there for GDPR / KVKK compliance?
Transparent monitoring via a 'Monitored' watermark, org opt-in, sensitive-app masking and a full audit log; assessments are shared, not raw data.
Which platforms are supported?
Native agents for Windows and macOS — same policies, managed from the same panel.
How far does it scale?
