VisiBack is a device-monitoring platform that enables centralised monitoring, management and reporting of corporate devices. It gives administrators visibility by collecting data such as application usage, productivity, screen archive, network and printers within the scope of the company.
The VisiBack agent is fully available for Windows and, via a native port, for macOS. You can access the management panel from any modern web browser.
No. None of the collected data is shared, rented or sold to third parties for marketing, advertising or profit. Data is transferred to a competent authority only where legally required, and is processed strictly within the scope of the company it belongs to, isolated between companies.
To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection under Article 11 of the KVKK and the GDPR, you may contact support@visiback.com. For suspected breaches, you can use the Breach Notification Form on our website.
As an employer, you must inform your employees about the monitoring activity and, where necessary, obtain their explicit consent. VisiBack provides a ready disclosure notice and an explicit-consent flow for this purpose; monitoring must comply with the principle of proportionality and be limited to work devices.
You can create a device record in the panel and generate an install link/code, then run the downloaded installer on the device. During installation, the Device Setup and Monitoring Agreement is shown and your consent is obtained.
Yes. The agent detects the latest version and updates itself automatically by silently installing the verified (sha256) package. You can also manage settings through the per-device local management panel.
Pricing is based on the number of devices, the add-on features you choose and the storage capacity. Trial period and purchase options are presented on the billing page in your panel.
When the subscription ends, device monitoring and data collection are paused; your existing data remains safe within the retention policies. When you reactivate your subscription, you can continue where you left off.
